I have joined Culture Declares who are a growing movement of individuals and organisations involved in arts and culture who are declaring a climate and ecological emergency. This means telling the truth, taking action and seeking justice.
I have been looking for a group to connect with since beginning my climate project as my research collecting images has impacted my life and has made me realise the urgency required to tackle climate change. I cannot do any more than I am doing alone, I have needed somewhere I can feel my work matters.
