Pastel and chalk on paper, framed.
Framed measurements 50 x 66 cm
Kinaesthesia IV is an original developed drawing from my imagination, harnessing the use of reverberating lines to express movement, emotion and memory. The figure is caught in movement and is drawn on black paper with chalk and pastel. I love to experiment with line and this piece lent itself perfectly to the repetitive drawing of contour lines which enhance the perspective of the figure. For the background I decided to show the path of movement through more layered lines sweeping across the page, cutting through some colour bleeding out from the female form.
Framed in a bespoke bevelled black frame with non reflective glass, ready to hang.
