An oil painting on paper made while experimenting with different solvents, diluting the paint into coloured layers, and working from light to dark. Shadows on the water are from my own shadow selfies taken with a waterproof camera when sea swimming, and I have exaggerated its presence on an impending wave.
The paper is Hahnemuhle Aquarelle 425gsm and is primed with sealant and acrylic gesso. Posted flat, unframed.
