Natural Mystic

Natural Mystic was painted during the first lockdown of 2020 when I embarked on a daily walk around the area where I live. The walk would more often than not take me down a long, tree lined passageway which became a source of inspiration to me as I began to take note of the light and colours and, for this painting, the patterns.
I painted it using a limited palette of four colours, the same main ones I have used since 2017, plus one added extra on this occasion. It is a secret recipe and there are endless possibilities it seems.
