All UK postage is free of charge!
Please contact me for a quote for international postage with no obligation on your part. I do this because size/weight/country/cost is so complicated. I will always use the safest and most reasonably costed option.
I will post your artwork within 2-3 working days of purchase.
I use Royal Mail, Special Delivery for sending work as it is the quickest and safest way for artwork to be sent and minimises potential damage. Larger works will be sent via Parcelforce or be hand delivered within the UK. All work will be fully trackable and I will send you your tracking number via email.
Work which is framed, on canvas or wood panels will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper, cushioned with plenty of bubblewrap and double boxed.
Unmounted and unframed works on paper, including prints, will be lovingly wrapped in acid free tissue paper and carefully rolled in a tube. Please contact me if you would prefer them posted flat.
The safe delivery of artwork is largely due to the quality of the packaging. My experience of sending work through the post and as a gallery Manager is invaluable in this area and I am fastidious about substantial, strong packaging, plenty of cushioning and double boxing artwork ( a box packed within a box ) for ultimate protection.
However sometimes damage still occurs in the post. Please contact me in this instance and arrange a return. In the event of damage occurring in the post I will pay the return postage.

A full refund will be offered to customers within 14 days of receiving your artwork. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods to me. Please contact me for a return address.
I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the artwork in the condition it was sent.
If you used a credit card without logging in to a PayPal account (in other words, if you used PayPal Guest Checkout), the refund will go back to your credit or debit card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on your card statement.
If you paid by logging into Paypal the refund will go straight back into your Paypal account.
Please contact me for packaging and posting advice in the event of a return to minimise the risk of damage.
Return postage must be paid for by the buyer.
Payment is made via PayPal – don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account as you can checkout as a guest and use your credit/debit card in the usual way. See above for details on refunds via PayPal.
If I am away I will post a notice on my shop page with my return date.
Orders can still be placed during this time and will be posted within 2-3 working days of my return.
If you should require to return an artwork during away mode please email me and I will arrange the return when I am back.
