Website Maintenance Service (for artists)

I am offering my services for maintaining websites for my fellow Artists.

I realise this can be a daunting task for some creatives, who struggle to get their site to look how they would like. I am most proficient in WordPress, Squarespace, Blogger, Wix, but will happily work with other hosting providers. I am unafraid to explore!! I’ve created and managed 20 plus websites for companies, artists, friends and artist groups over the last 20 years or so.

An example of website I currently manage are, of course, my own (wordpress) and The Arborealists (squarespace)

I am happy to help in the following capacities:

Adding content, SEO, managing images, managing exhibition listings, set up links, menu changes, change of theme, change of colour schemes, setting up an online shop, managing a shop, adding payment options, blog posting, refreshing home page, making announcements, and liaising with hosting providers for more complicated issues.

I am not offering the following;

Coding, building a website from scratch, fixing a broken website, making small changes for free, working weekends or at the drop of a hat, managing websites for anyone other than artists.

Fees

My fee is £25 per hour. Work on your site will be accurately timed for minute by minute charges. My aim is to keep the cost as low as I can for artists.

I will be working Monday – Wednesday only, as I am a practicing artist too. So please bear in mind, I can’t act immediately should any requirement arise out of these hours.

Billing is monthly on the first of the month, and must be paid within 14 days.
